AEODRS : The Future of UGVs

The only fully funded military Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) program today is Advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal Robot System (AEODRS). There is a very real possibility that it will shape the future of all UGVs in the military. If you intend to work on a UGV for the Department of Defense in the next 10 years, you should familiarize yourself with AEODRS. Read how AEODRS can affect you here.

I am Chairing the SMi Military Robotics Conference on November 12-13, 2012 in London. Have you been approached by SMi to exibit, be a sponsor and/or provide a speaker?
I would encourage you to consider all three parts of the event. NATO will be heavily involved as will India, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Israel, the UK and many other nations/customers.
Please inform me regarding application for research position, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) program/Advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal Robot System (AEODRS).
Please update me regarding the application procedure for the research position Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) program/ Advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal Robot System (AEODRS).
Several people have asked about research positions with AEODRS. I don’t think that I can be much help with that. I know that Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory is intimately involved with the program. To learn more about AEODRS, you should Google and read “Advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal Robotic System (AEODRS): A Common Architecture Revolution.”
