AMREL revealed major upgrades for its most popular laptop, the 15” ROCKY RK10. Adding performance to a proven platform, AMREL has added a powerful i7 processor, improved storage, expanded memory, and enhanced connectivity.
“It’s really a rugged laptop for the 21st century,” explains Kalvin Chen, Vice-President of Operations for AMREL. “Modern applications, such as video streaming, are very data heavy. The new upgrades improve the RK10’s capability for processing large amounts of information.”

- USB 3.0 ports
Like all of AMREL’s computing platforms, the ROCKY RK10 has built-in durability and reliability, crafted by decades of experience. The RK platform has been independently certified for MIL-STD 810 and IP65 (MIL-STD 461 option is available).
Warfighters, fire fighters, police, EMS, and others who work in harsh environments have used the RK platform for a wide variety of critical tasks. Applications include: Portable Sensor Control, Unmanned Systems Operator Control Units, Search & Rescue, Flight Line, Portable Radio System, and others.
